Make it right policy
If you don't absolutely love your service at The Lash and Sugar Company, we will make it right. We want each woman to have the absolute best experience with our service. Should you not love your new lashes, wax, or sugaring for whatever reason, please contact us by phone within 5 days of your appointment, and we will be happy to have a follow-up appointment with you free of charge to resolve any issues.
Cancellation policy
If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time to avoid a cancellation fee.
If cancelled within 24 hours, a fee of 50% of the appointment value will be charged.
If cancelled within 4 hours (or no-shows), clients will be charged the full 100% of the appointment value, as we are rarely able to fill the spot on such short notice.
Late Policy
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we cannot guarantee full satisfaction of your results. After 20 minutes, your appointment will be considered a no-show, and charged 100% of the appointment value.
Refund Policy
We will do our very best to fix and address your concerns. You are paying for the time, product, and other expenses used to provide you with a service. There will be no refunds on services for any reason. If any concerns are addressed after 5 days of your last appointment, or if you’ve failed to follow the proper aftercare instructions, you will be charged at full price for the service.
Allergic Reaction Policy
Reactions to lash extensions are rare and can show up in different forms. The most common: swollen eyes/eyelids, redness of the cornea, and itchiness or discomfort around the eye area. These symptoms are likely to show up within the first 48 hours post-application. Reactions are likely to become increasingly worse and more dramatic the more the client is exposed to the allergen. When a client is experiencing an allergic reaction to their lash extensions, it is most often because they are allergic to cyanoacrylate. It is the base ingredient that is found in all lash adhesives. It is this key ingredient that solidifies when curing. This creates a strong bond between the natural lash and the extension. Unfortunately, it cannot be left out of the adhesive. Sensitive adhesives still contain this ingredient, but in smaller doses. As with any other chemical or substance, a client can develop an allergic reaction to the adhesive at any point in time. Even if they have been exposed to it before with no prior reactions. As with other allergies, symptoms can become stronger and more severe over time, especially if the individual is continually exposed to the allergen after the initial reaction. *Irritations may also occur when a client is experiencing seasonal allergies or if their eyes tend to be more sensitive. Again, this is uncommon, but if this happens, The Lash and Sugar Company is NOT liable. Unfortunately, we cannot control your allergies. If we could, you know we would.
Children and pet Policy
Our company offers a soothing environment for all clients and staff. Keeping that as our focus, we do not allow babies, children under 10 years of age, or pets in the artistic space. This policy is also for the safety of your children/pets and our artists/clients, as you or they are not able to attend to your children or pets during the appointment. If you need to bring your baby, child, or pet in for your appointment, please make your artist aware before your scheduled time so we can try to accommodate you.
Any pets that are not service animals are not allowed per Arizona State Board regulations.
